Wall Cabinet made from cherry, figured red oak, and sassafras.  This was a therapy piece made at the beginning of the pandemic. The idea for the door pulls is similar to interlaced pulls I made for a previous maple cabinet.  These were geometric, and done with a Japanese handsaw and chisel.  I decided to carry the pattern to the sides, which I felt would better connect with the front.  I wanted to try something different for the inside instead of the usual shelves or drawers, and instead made a series of different size rectangular boxes or platforms, that could be arranged in different ways.  The platforms and frame and panel back are made of sassafras, left unfinished.
